Tom Hanks

Tom Hanks-2-1024x767Thomas Jeffrey Hanks (born July 9th, 1956) is an American actor and filmmaker. He is famous for his comedic and dramatic role. He is an American famous cultural icon. Thomas Jeffrey Hanks was a Concord, California native to Janet Marylyn Hanks, a hospital worker, and Amos Mefford Hanks an itinerant cook. His mother's family, which was originally surnamed "Fraga" and was 100% Portuguese, while his father was mostly of English ancestry. Tom was born into the family of a "fractured family". He had no experience acting in college and attributes his inability to be cast in a college production as the reason for his beginning career. He auditioned in the city for a show in the theater for community members. The director invited him to Cleveland and that's how his acting career started.
